This course will introduce the student to the Visual BASIC data control, data environment, and other objects related to database access and updating. It will focus on Visual BASIC program statements and techniques to manipulate database information. It will include batch as well as interactive processing in an integrated business application with data validation. Emphasis will be placed on Visual BASIC programming that can be utilized without limitation to a particular Database Management System.
