Advanced application of financial management techniques. An integration of financial concepts through the use of case studies to simulate the actual business situations and problems. An emphasis on short-term financial management is given to topics including cash budgeting concepts, cash flow management methods, working capital analysis, credit and inventory management, and innovative instrument and strategies. Other topics include capital budgeting analysis, debt and dividend policy, leasing alternatives, mergers and acquisition, corporate reorganization and liquidation, as well as international financial aspects.
