TED 497 - Supervised Professional Field Study

Description:
A full-semester, full-time directed field experience in selected industrial or business organizations. Students will be assigned to observe and participate in day-to-day occupational activities related to training or other approved activities. Student will be visited and supervised by a college supervisor and they will also be supervised on a daily basis by an assigned contact person in the host organization. Students are responsible for their room, board, travel and related expenses. They are not allowed to enroll in any college courses during this field study. Prerequisites: (1) minimum cumulative index of 2.00 (2) completion of basic technical labs (3) no "E" or "INC" grades in any required course (4) minimum of 80 sh of credit (5) satisfactory completion of English requirement (6) satisfactory completion of Communication Studies or Theatre requirement (7) satisfactory completion of Ted 202 and 306 with C- or better.
