Course describes ways in which students interact with elements of college environment to produce changes in themselves that they/society perceive to be desirable. Course will focus on the purposes and processes of higher education, varied needs and abilities of students, and ways in which students select and participate in academic and developmental context of the undergraduate college. Emphasis will be placed on crucial role played by student, staff and faculty relationships in the educational process.
