Development of a better understanding of the significance of research in chemistry through the study of a research problem. Three hours of laboratory, conference, and library research per week for each hour of credit. The student wishing to engage in research for credit should arrange with a member of the faculty to sponsor and supervise such work.. The course may be repeated for credit for a total of six credit hours. Note: Open to Seniors. Prerequisite: Che 111. Fl, Sp-1 to 6-
