An overview of contemporary Conservation Biology. General principles and practices of Conservation Biology will be discussed with reference to assigned readings. This class will provide students with a sound basis for judgment on conservation issues. Prerequisite: Bio 112 or one of the following: Bio 340, 357, 370, Zoo 330, 340, 374, 375, 376, 384, 440.
