A two-hour laboratory to be offered concurrently with BIO 116. Designed to aquaint the student with the use of analytical techniques in biology, theory, and methods involved in experimentation in order to facilitate a greater understanding of concepts presented in lecture and the way in which information is gathered in science. Laboratory: 1 credit (30 contact hours). Corequisite: BIO 116.
