Two hours lecture; two hours laboratory. Prerequisite: DSNI 120 (Grade of ¿C¿ or better). An introduction to the physical properties of and recommended applications for basic materials, fi nishes and textiles used in interior spaces. The student develops knowledge and skills needed to research and evaluate functional, aesthetic, economic and environmental characteristics of materials, finishes and textiles.
