1 credit; 2 STUDIO hours per week Students create movement studies using elements of design that capture the essence of their unique expressions. Concepts of space and weight and dance elements such as rhythm, symmetry, and shape are addressed in the course. Improvisations are performed both individually and in small groups, according to a variety of themes, relationships, and situations.
