Topics covered include: an overview of the franchise system and franchise agreements, buyouts and terminations, mergers, consumer rights, financial disclosure requirements, Occupational Safety and Health Adminis- tration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) impli- cations, employee rights and benefits, dealer rights and other areas relevant to legal issues in the industry.
