Each student chooses a business challenge relevant to his or her own current work experiences and, with a faculty member, develops a plan to analyze behavioral strategies and techniques relevant to the problem. Specific action plans, including background, research methodologies, data collection and analysis and inter- vention strategies will be formulated and completed.
