This course is a continuation of NURS 6681. The student will continue to work with expert clinical preceptors who supervise the student to develop and refine clinical skills. At the conclusion of this course the students will be expected to competently function within a primary care setting at the level of the advanced practice nurse (nurse practitioner) to deliver health care to the adult client. The clinical preceptor and the faculty will evaluate the student to monitor progress and competency throughout the semester. [9/1/2004]
