This is an integrative capstone course enabling student to pre- pare a comprehensive strategic analysis and development plan for a selected health care organization. The final report will consist of: an analysis of the operating environment; an assess- ment of the present competitive strategy and position; an apprai- sal of response capabilities; formulation of strategic agenda for a three-to-five year planning horizon; and formulation of an action plan for developing the organizational response potential.
