A rapidly changing business environment calls for organization designs that enable innovation and speedy adaptation in order to maintain and enhance high levels of performance. Intense competition, technological innovation and increasing globalization all call for the need for organizational agility and the capacity to manage and adapt to change. This course will help participants develop the capabilities to critically examine and create an alignment between an organizations environment, its strategy, and its design.
