This course highlights the essential skills, systems and information required to successfully plant and grow a new business. Among the topics this course deals with are: sales calls, invoicing and collections, trade shows, tracking customer feedback, types of insurance, state and federal tax reporting obligations, dealing with banks and getting a merchant's account.
