This course examines the progress of the Internet and World Wide Web and how it is affecting the business world. It also explores the opportunities and challenges the Internet offers to start-ups as well as existing companies. Discussions and assignments will focus on the use of the Internet and related technologies for the marketing, selling and distribution of goods and services. The course will investigate the ways in which a company can conduct transcations on-line.
