This seminar is intended for criminal justice majors in their senior year who are nearing completion of their major course studies. Its purpose is to serve as a comprehensive and cogent recapitulation of the criminal justice curriculum with a focus on topical and contemporary issues. The seminar will additionally serve to bridge and prepare the graduate for entry-level positions in the criminal justice system, or continue onto graduate or law school studies. The seminar will feature guest lecturers comprised of criminal justice practitioners, as well as faculty members from criminal justice, professional studies, and career services. [1/29/2001]
