Topics change each term. The seminars are taught by different members of the department and acquaint the student with the nature of historical inquiry and the use of primary sources. Can be repeated for credit. Fall 2008 description: This course examines what some would consider the bad guys, the revolutionary leaders in 20th century Latin America. A study of Mexican, Nicaraguan, Dominican, and Argentine leaders that demonstrates the lasting impact of their revolutionary ideals.
