Statistical methods applied to economic and social data. Descriptive statistics, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, correlation, and regression. Students wishing to review basic math skills in advance of this course may do so through the Learning Center. May not be taken for credit if credit has already been given for PSY 355, MTH 346, or an equivalent course at another college. Does not count toward a major or minor in mathematics. Fall Term, Spring Term.
