Students learn about the installation, configuration, and administration of network operating systems such as Linux and Windows 2000/2003 Server, Internet Information Server; and Linux. The student will also be introduced to advanced hardware topics, network security, and network management tools. This course completes student preparation for the Microsoft MCPS certification examination as well as preparing the student for the CompTIA Server+ certification examination.
