Description:

Emphasizes basic language skills as a way of preparing the student for college-level writing. In addition the formal writing assignments serve as a direct introduction to EN 101 College Writing. Please note: Students who fail to pass EN 100 may retake the course; however, students who have failed the course twice will not be allowed to take further English courses and thus will not be able to pursue a degree at Hilbert College.
