This course applies basic biology and chemistry principles to the study of fixation, processing, and staining of tissue specimens. Students learn various troubleshooting techniques and their applications relative to maintaining quality control in the histology lab. This course is part of the College's competitive admissions programs and is therefore excluded from the tuition free Senior Citizen Tuition Policy.
