Provides knowledge and skills needed to write PL/SQL procedures, including the creation or management of PL/SQL program units and database triggers using SQL statements. Use the Procedures Builder and SQL *Plus environments. Uses advanced features of PL/SQL to design and interface with the database and other applications. Prerequisite: CIT 171 or consent of instructor. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours).
