In this course, students learn to develop personalized walking plans at different intensities in a supportive environment. They discover how walking, when paired with proper nutrition, creates a lifelong fitness routine that improves heart health and weight management. Students actively participate in aerobic walking sessions and discuss the importance of good posture, exercise form and how a balanced diet provides health and wellness benefits. Through guided practical experience and discussion, students gain knowledge and skills for incorporating regular walking into their daily lives.
