Description:
Minimum 35 flight hours. This course provides students with the required flight training to obtain the instrument rating. Included are the necessary flight training and requisite stage exams in order to prepare students to pass the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Instrument Pilot Practical Exam that is required to obtain an instrument rating and successfully complete the course. All training follows FAA Part 141 regulations. The FAA requires a minimum of 35 flight hours for this course; however, the actual flight hours may vary based on student proficiency. A Second Class Medical Certificate is required to take this course.
