In this course, students learn the relationship between the equipment used in respiratory therapy to the pathological condition of patients. Students explore the use of oxygen therapy and the potential hazards of compressed gases. In addition, students demonstrate the administration of oxygen and lung inflation devices. This course requires a per credit health career fee; check the tuition and fee schedule for the current rate.
