A basic course designed to provide the student with an awareness of the practice of real estate in Pennsylvania. The course should familiarize the student with the language, principles, and laws that govern the real estate profession. Emphasis is on the fundamental concepts of land, property rights in realty and the practices, methods and laws that govern in the conveyance of these rights. (Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice are the two courses required to qualify for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Examination.)
