Topics include employee engagement and the strategic use of compensation to meet the organizational missions. Topics include total compensation strategy, compensation systems, pay structure, job evaluations, intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, perceived equitable payments, employee satisfaction, employee benefits and employee incentive programs.
