Summarization, analysis and interpretation of data from the social sciences and other related areas. Topics include frequency distributions, graphical summaries, elementary probability, estimation, testing hypotheses, and correlation and regression. Emphasis upon applications using appropriate technology, as opposed to theoretical development of topics.
