Description:

Provides students with a hands-on, paid work experience at an approved automotive service or repair facility. Students complete a total of 480-hours of work with a mentor to master the skills presented and practiced during their first year of Automotive Technology courses. Students must provide their own basic hand tools and storage for this course. Enrollment is restricted to students in the Automotive Technology AAS program. Prerequisite: AUTO 101, 105, 107, 151, and 153 with grades of C or higher.
