Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible after October 1. The priority filing deadline for additional SVC need-based financial aid is March 1. May 1 is the deadline to be considered for the Pennsylvania State Grant (other states may have different deadlines). Saint Vincent’s Federal school code is 003368. More than 97% of SVC students receive some form of financial aid.

  Estimated Cost of Attendance including Tuition, Fees, and Room & Board: $53,437 Undergraduate Resident | $39,903 Undergraduate Commuter | $53,725 International Students.

Information for Transfer In Students

• Accepts Transfers:
  At Saint Vincent, we understand that students have many reasons for deciding to transfer. Our warm and welcoming community is ready to assist in making your transition to Saint Vincent as smooth as possible.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  Competitive transfer students are likely to present credentials of a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher in college-level coursework.
• Official Transcripts:
  A final official high school transcript and official transcripts from all colleges attended are required.
• SAT Scores:
  SAT or ACT scores are required.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  A completed Dean of Student Reference Form is required.
• Essay:
  An essay or personal statement is required.
• Interview:
  Interviews are recommended.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Credits earned by a student at another accredited institution will be accepted if the quality of the credits earned is a C- grade (1.70) or better.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  A max of 90 credits earned at accredited four-year institutions and a max of 62 credits earned at two-year institutions will be accepted for transfer. For graduation a minimum of 34 credits, including 18 in the major, must be earned at SVC.
