    Eligibility is determined from the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Saint Paul College School Code: 005533. The Power of YOU program makes the first two years of college available tuition-free, for students that meet the eligibility requirements of the program. The Friends of Saint Paul College Foundation raises money for scholarships for Saint Paul College students for fall, spring, and summer terms. Each year the Foundation awards about $300,000 in scholarships.

Transfer Application Requirements

    Send official transcripts from your previous institutions to the Saint Paul College Records Office.
  • SAT Scores:
    We may be able to waive the placement test and provide the necessary placements if you have ACT/SAT/MCA scores within the last 5 years.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    All college level courses with a grade of A, B, C, D or P/S will be considered for transfer. No D- or F grade courses will be accepted. Please note that while D grades will transfer, some programs require a grade of C or higher in all courses.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A minimum of 20 credits must be earned at SPC for an associate degree. This is reduced to 12 for students transferring from another MN State institution. 1/3 of credits for a diploma or certificate must be earned at SPC.
