Rose State College, a public, open admissions, associate degree-granting institution, provides avenues for successful lifelong learning through programs and services for a diverse community. In December 1973, the College became a member of The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, after approval from the College's Board of Trustees. The College has grown from an initial enrollment of 1,700 in 1970 to a regular fall enrollment of approximately 8,200. The campus now includes twenty-one buildings on approximately 116 acres.

The Office of Student Financial Aid provides students with assistance in acquiring resources to attend RSC. Assistance may be in the form of scholarships, grants, loans or work programs.

Transfer Application Requirements

Minimum GPA:

There is no minimum GPA requirement.
Official Transcripts:

Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or universities are required. Transcripts for high school/GED or college credit completed are required.
SAT Scores:

ACT/SAT or placement test scores are required.
Application Fee:

There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $15.00 (make check payable to Rose State College).
Other Requirements:

A completed immunization verification form is required.
