  Over 95% of students receive some form of financial aid. Students are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships through the admission process. Students must submit the FAFSA to be considered for need-based aid.

  Total tuition, room, board, and required fees is about $42,000 (for 2011-12).

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  2.0 combined GPA from all colleges attended (most successful applicants have higher GPA)
• Official Transcripts:
  Official transcripts are required from high school and all colleges attended.
• SAT Scores:
  Required in some cases. Not required if applicant will have achieved A.A. or A.S. degree by the time they enroll at R-MC, or if applicant graduated from high school more than five years ago.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  Yes
• Essay:
  Yes (as part of the application)
• Application Fee:
  No fee if a student applies online; $30 fee for a paper application.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Courses are accepted in subjects generally recognized as appropriate for liberal arts colleges and are either comparable to courses offered at RMC or are applicable to a degree program at RMC. Only courses with a C- or higher will be accepted.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  No more than 75 credits can be transfered. A course by course evaluation will be completed by our Registrar's Office after a student is accepted. A copy of this evaluation will be mailed to the student.
