    Merit scholarships are automatically awarded to admitted students based upon the following criteria: GPA of 3.7+, GPA between 3.5-3.69, GPA between 3.3-3.49, and GPA between 2.9-3.29 all represent a different level of scholarship for transfer students.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    A minimum 2.7 GPA is preferred for admission.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official high school transcripts, as well as official transcripts from any previously attended college or universities, are required.
  • SAT Scores:
    This requirement is waived for transfer applicants who have completed at least 30 semester or 45 quarter credits by the time of application.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    A letter of recommendation is required for admission consideration.
  • Essay:
    An essay or writing sample is required for admission consideration.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $40 non-refundable application fee.
  • Interview:
    An interview is not required for admission consideration.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Pacific credit may be awarded for Arts and Sciences courses completed with a grade of C- or higher and taken at regionally accredited baccalaureate institutions.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    There is no limit to the total number of transfer credits Pacific may accept; however degree-seeking students must meet Pacific's residency requirement. Please refer to the Transfer Policy Document linked below.
