  • Minimum GPA:
    2.00 on a 4.00 scale
  • Official Transcripts:
    College transcripts required. Some applicants may be required to furnish a high school transcript.
  • SAT Scores:
    Applicants with fewer than 29 semester credit hours must submit ACT or SAT scores.
  • Other Requirements:
    Transfer applicants must have completed 12 or more semester credit hours. Those with fewer than 12 must apply as an entering freshman. Transfer students may be admitted only if they are eligible to return to the institution from which they came.

  • Minimum Grade:
    Minimum grade for transfer must be at least a "C".
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Transfer applicants must have completed 12 semester credit hours. There is no maximum number of credits, but students must complete a minimum of 60 semester credit hours at Ouachita to earn a bachelor's degree.
