Scholarships and Financial Aid:

To be considered for all Federal and State aid programs, complete the FAFSA as soon as possible. Northwest Technical College Foundation manages scholarships for current and new NTC students who are enrolled either part-time or full-time. Scholarship awards range from $500 to $2,500 per semester.
Tuition and Fees:

Estimated Annual Cost of Full-Time Attendance: Tuition $5896 + Optional Room & Board $9572 + Books & Supplies $1600 + Fees $330 = $17,398. Students should also plan on approximately $2,000–3,000 for transportation and other miscellaneous expenses.

Send Northwest Technical College your High School Transcript or GED. If you have attended another college, please forward all official transcripts from the colleges you’ve attended.

Transfer Credit Policy

Minimum Grade:

Non-MnTC courses accepted in transfer must have a grade of at least C. MnTC courses must have a grade of at least D unless program major policy requires a grade of at least C. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 is required to graduate.
Credits (Min/Max):

To be eligible for a degree or diploma, a student must earn 1/3 of the credits required for graduation must be earned in residence at NTC.
