Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Cumulative college GPA of at least 2.0. Fewer than 28 transferable credits must have cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.5.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official transcripts from all colleges you have attended are required. Your official high school transcripts or high school equivalency test scores if you have fewer than 28 transferable credit is required.
  • SAT Scores:
    You will be required to submit ACT or SAT scores if you have fewer than 28 transferable credits.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    All transfers are required to submit the Character Recommendation form. This can be completed for you by a pastor, employer, teacher, etc. Your recommender cannot be a relative.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $25 fee to apply.
  • Other Requirements:
    You must complete the NNU Commitment Agreement form.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    NNU does not accept grades below a C- (1.75) for transfer.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A max of 62 semester credits (1/2 the total required for graduation) are accepted from a 2-year school. NNU accepts an unlimited number of credits from accredited 4-year schools. In order to graduate from NNU, 32 credits must be earned in residence.
