Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Your offer of financial assistance is based on a number of factors. We begin with the estimated cost of education. From this, we subtract the Expected Family Contribution (EFC), which is calculated from information you submitted on the FAFSA and CSS Profile forms, to arrive at your financial need. We are dedicated to meeting the full demonstrated need for each incoming domestic financial aid applicant.

  $54,360 Tuition; $1,092 Fees; $17480 Room and Board.

Information for Transfer In Students

• Accepts Transfers:
  We consider transfer applications for entry in the fall and spring terms. Transfer applicants are students who will have completed at least 12 semester hours of college-level coursework OR have attempted at least one semester of full-time coursework.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Official Transcripts:
  Official college transcript(s) and your final high school transcript or GED/HiSET score report are required. Joint Services Transcript (JST)/Community College of the Air Force transcript for veterans or active duty military.
• SAT Scores:
  Required from only transfer applicants who have not completed more than one year of full-time coursework (24 or more credits) following high school graduation.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  Evaluation from an academic advisor, professor, or employer (online submission through the Common Application or Coalition Application) is required.

  $75
• Other Requirements:
  College Report (available through the Common Application and Coalition Application) to be completed by the Registrar Office or Dean of your current/previous school. Mid-term Report (highly recommended) for students currently enrolled in courses.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Northeastern only considers courses for credit in which a grade of C or higher is earned. Courses taken in a pass/fail format are not considered for credit.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  A maximum of 60 semester hours may be transferred from a two-year institution, and 80 from a four-year. You must complete 64 semester hours at Northeastern to earn a bachelor's degree.
