Naugatuck Valley Community College (NVCC) offers an enriching educational experience for degree-seeking students and those who are committed to lifelong learning. Proof of high school completion or GED with an official transcript is required. Submit official transcripts of previous course work from all previously attended colleges.
SAT Scores:

Official SAT or ACT scores are required.
Application Fee:

A $20.00 non-refundable application fee is required, except for those applicants who have previously attended a Connecticut Community College.

Transfer Credit Policy

Minimum Grade:

Degree and certificate credit shall be granted for credit courses completed with a letter grade of “C-minus” or better, or with a grade of “P” (Pass).
Credits (Min/Max):

The student must complete at least twenty-five percent of the minimum credit requirements at Naugatuck to earn a degree to certificate.
