Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    Students transferring to MCC from another college or will be required to submit an official high school transcript (regardless of the number of transfer credits earned), and official transcripts from each post secondary institution attended.
  • SAT Scores:
    Students transferring to MCC from another college or university will be required to submit standardized test scores.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    A grade of “D” or better must have been earned in the course. Although a course with a grade of “D” may be officially accepted by MCC, for admission to a particular program, a grade of “C” or higher may be required.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A student may apply forty-six (46) transfer credits toward the completion of an MCC Associate degree program provided the credits correspond to those of the MCC curriculum.
