Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  The Financial Aid Office administers various federal, state and institutional aid programs to help MMA students finance their education. We award and process financial aid for MMA students and advise students and their families, the campus community, and the general public on issues related to financial aid.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Official Transcripts:
  Official transcripts from all accredited colleges or universities attended are required, as well as your official high school transcript.
• SAT Scores:
  Results of either the SAT or the ACT are required.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  You must submit a letter of recommendation from a dean, professor or professional from the last institution attended. A student from another maritime academy requires a letter of recommendation from the Commandant of Midshipmen.
• Interview:
  Transfer students are urged to have an interview with the Director of Admissions.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Courses for transfer must be equivalent to a grade of "C" or better from an accredited college or university.
