Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    You must submit a copy of your high school transcript or GED transcript to the Admissions Office. Limestone also requires the submission of official transcripts of all previous college work.
  • SAT Scores:
    Submit your scores from the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or the American College Test (ACT) to the Day Admissions Office unless you are 21 years of age or older, in military service or transferring 12 or more credits to Limestone University.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $25 application fee (online application fees are waived).

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Only courses with a grade of "C" or better will be accepted.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    You may transfer up to 66 semester hours from 2-year schools, unless an adjustment is made to comply with a transfer agreement. You must complete a min of 30 hours (15 w/in the major) at LU for a bachelor degree & 15 hours (9 w/in) for an associate.
