    Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The application is available in January of each year. This application can be found online at FAFSA.ed.gov. Paper applications are available at the financial aid office, high school guidance counseling offices and local libraries. Include Lee College (school code 003583) on your school choice list.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    You can apply without having official college transcripts at the time of application. Transcripts are due no later than the end of a student's first term of enrollment - and may be required sooner in certain cases.
  • Other Requirements:
    If you earned college credit at another college and hope to use some or all of that credit toward a degree at Lee College, you must request evaluation of your transfer credit after earning at least 15 credit hours toward a degree at Lee College.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Courses in which students earned grades of “D,” “F,” and “incomplete” will not be accepted as transfer credit by Lee College.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A minimum of 25% of total coursework required by the student’s degree program or 50% of the coursework required by the student’s certiicate of completion program must be taken in residence to become eligible for an associate degree.
