The Division of Student Life advances the mission of the College by helping to shape an environment in which all students are challenged and supported in their efforts to deepen their understanding of themselves, of others, and of the world. Members of the division believe that providing students with opportunities to become engaged in the Lafayette community will enhance their capacity to thrive in the classroom, to make well-reasoned and ethical decisions, and to demonstrate behaviors consistent with good citizenship. We engage in continuous assessment to provide students with innovative, meaningful, and effective learning experiences beyond the classroom.
