Kettering College of Medical Arts, occupying a suburban campus near Dayton in southwest Ohio, is a coeducational college owned by the Kettering Medical Center and chartered by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. When the College first opened its doors in 1967, more than 100 freshmen were enrolled, many of whom became the first graduates in 1969. The state charter granted in 1968 empowered the College, as the educational component of Kettering Medical Center, to conduct instruction in the arts, sciences, and allied health professions.

Transfer Application Requirements

Official Transcripts:

You must have all high school and college transcripts sent directly to Kettering College.
Essay:

You must complete and return the student personal statement form.
Application Fee:

The paper application has a $25 fee, which is waived if you apply online.
Other Requirements:

Applicants to some departments must take the math placement test or present transfer credit that meets the math core requirement before the file can be reviewed by the department and the admission committee.

Only courses with grades of C- or higher will be accepted unless the major has higher grade requirements.
Credits (Min/Max):

For each degree, there is a limit on how many credits a student may transfer.Associate degree: 30 semester hours of transfer credit. Bachelor of Science completion: 30 semester hours. Bachelor of Science: 60 semester hours.
