Transfer Application Requirements

    Official (sealed envelope) transcripts submitted from every college and post-secondary school attended are required.
  • Application Fee:
    A non-refundable $75 application fee. Application fees may be paid through the online application by credit card or debit card.

    Several programs have additional application requirements.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    The minimum grade accepted for transfer is D except: English Composition and major courses require a grade of C, specific majors may have certain minimum grades higher than C.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Kean will accept a maximum of 92 transfer credits, including a maximum of 66 lower-division credits. You must complete 32 credits and 1/2 of the academic major credits at Kean to earn your bachelor's degree.
