Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    If you would like to transfer credits previously completed, request for an official transcript to be sent directly from your current institution, to the Records Office. Request for copies of course descriptions or course syllabi to be submitted too.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $25 application fee for non-Hawaii residents.
  • Other Requirements:
    If you are military personnel (or dependent) stationed in Hawaii, submit a copy of your military orders along with your application for admission (section F needs to be signed by your Commanding Officer). Submit Health Clearance Forms.
