Gratz College, the first transdenominational Jewish college in the United States, has been teaching Jewish studies and training Jewish professionals for more than a century. Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Gratz College does not publish a minimum GPA requirement for transfer admission consideration.
  • Official Transcripts:
    You must submit complete seal-bearing transcripts form all college/College and secondary schools attended, a list of courses in progress, a catalog describing courses completed at the college level institution and evidence of honorable withdrawal.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Two letters of recommendation are required, one academic and one personal/professional.
  • Essay:
    A personal statement is required with your application, as well as 3 short answer essay questions.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $50 non-refundable application fee.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Credit toward undergraduate degrees will, in general, be granted for appropriate academic work completed with a grade of C at an accredited institution.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Half of all required credits must be completed at Gratz.
