  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    We advise all students, no matter their income level, to complete the Gannon Net Price Calculator and the online FAFSA form so they can be considered for every available resource. The Gannon FASFA code is 003266. The University offers a variety of scholarships, grants and awards in recognition of students' academic and athletic accomplishments, demonstrated need and outstanding talents.

  • Accepts Transfers:
    Whether you are transferring from a two or four year institution, we want to assist in making your transition as smooth as possible.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Students in good standing (generally defined as having a 2.0 grade point average or better on a 4.0 scale) at a two- or four-year institution are invited to apply for admission.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Request that every college/university/institution you attended send official transcripts to the Office of Admissions.
  • SAT Scores:
    If you have less than 30 college credits an official high school transcript including SAT or ACT scores may also be requested.
  • Essay:
    A Personal Statement is optional, but recommended.
  • Associates Degree Required:
    If you already have an associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution you can expedite the completion of a bachelor’s degree by majoring in some select fields.
  • Other Requirements:
    If you are completing a hard-copy application, please also complete the Transfer Recommendation Form which must be submitted by you to the college/university/institution you most recently attended or are currently attending.
